Attention: This Server is inaccessable with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
It can be login by normal FTP software or FTP commands at Command Mode.

" Start" -> " Run " Type "cmd"
In the Command Mode,
Login Command ：ftp sbc.hopto.org
Account: debate9
Password: debate
Upload: put "file name "
Exit: bye
